Exchange and return
You can return or exchange a new product within 14 days of receiving the order by sending it to the address indicated on your waybill. The product is returned at the customer's expense through the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta service.
Terms of product return:
Items from new collections and products with discounts are subject to return, provided the original tags and packaging are present. You also need to write a refund application yourself on an A4 sheet and send it together with
the product. You can get a sample application by writing to us in private messages on Instagram on our page @ mocko.est.2018 .
Things should be:
- in perfect condition;
- without signs of wear/use;
- without traces of cosmetics;
- without signs of washing, dry cleaning or perfume aroma;
- with all tags.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet our standards. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return/exchange and such item will be sent back to the customer.
It takes 3-5 working days for the return of the product to the customer from the moment of receipt of your product.

Refunds
The full cost of the goods will be refunded to VISA / MasterCard cards within 7 working days after receiving the goods from the buyer. The term of crediting the funds to the card depends on the client's bank.
Pre-sale
Advance sales are subject to 100% prepayment. Production of the product can take from 4 to 14 days.
